Most likely a scam contact number.  The person wants to buy goods;however, is only willing to pay via PayPal with more than asking price.  This is trouble!!!

He wants to pay $1100 via paypal for an item I have listed for $900. He has poor sentence structure and it seems to be coming from overseas ... I think I shall pass. Beware!

Same thing happen to me. They are willing to pay more that the price listed, even after I'e informed them they will not be getting a refund back.

This idiot is still at it! Don't respond!
