Left VM about lowering interest rates.

"Heather" wanted me to know that there might be a problem with my credit cards.  I shut her off after 11 seconds.
How does she get my cell phone number

She got your number by dialing all possible numbers in an area code and exchange.
There is nothing special about your number, anyone can call it, on purpose or accidentally.
What is important : your name. If "Heather" did not say your name, then the criminals behind this scam don't know who they called.
And it is best you keep it that way by not answering again, and especially not calling the number back.

I've got over 40 phone numbers saved with "Solicitor" label. When they call again, I don't answer.
