Who called from 8647218007

Phone rang, I picked up right away, the other end disconnected without so much as a "wrong number" or even the sound of an open line. not the first time. But this one just happened (13 April 2015 1910 hours local time) with me sitting at the keyboard.

Same as the person above. No one on the other end that I could tell. Just nothing.

This number called my cell phone.  I picked the phone up immediately and looked to see who was calling.  It was already disconnected, before I could have answered.

i rec. a call but, there was no voice mail.  Wouldn't call back.

Cell phone rang one ring and stopped.
Obviously a scam to get people to call back.
I am looking forward to the time in this country when they enforce laws.
