They continue to call and never say anything. I block them and somehow they still keep calling.

No one there when I answered the phone. Tried calling back and it just rings and rings.

This number called me twice when I called back it just ranged out. They called me back and hung out.

still of the opinion that a large portion of these people making money not on sales
but simply demonstrating that they have made a call - wtf?

Just received a call. Did not answer and there was no voice mail. If they are not in my contacts and leave no voice mail = BLOCKED
