DO NOT EVER call an unknown number back without a very good reason (other than your curiosity). The newest scam is to call numbers at random, then hang up and wait for a return call - which then "authorizes" charges to your phone number for services, like $3.99/min sex lines, for example.
Rachel from Card Holder Services. Number is disco'd. Scam people. National Do Not call list doesn't work either. Feds need to catch these guys and fry them.
