Call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID.

American credit acceptance. They will call you the same day you make a payment. They act desperate. It's a sub part car loan co.

I have been repeatedly harassed on my work phone by this agency, they refuse to take me off their call list or provide me an address to submit a formal complaint. They have called me on different occasions for different names and refuse to stop

The complaints on 864-752-1800 go back as far as 2011!  It's 2016 you sorry S. O. B.'s!  Get a real job already and leave us alone!  UGH!
