This is spam and an unsuspecting person might have responded.
The unsolicited SMS/Text message said: Excuse me, do you have a Band-aid? I skinned my knee when I fell for you. text me. 864-832-2311 yeah i love being crazy baby
Report the spam message to your carrier. Forward the text message to 7726 (SPAM). That's all that can be done.
