First received a call from this number yesterday. Since it was in my area code, I answered. Usually I don't if I don't recognize the number. Person with a very thick foreign accent asked for me by name. I would not say that I was who he had called and asked who they were. He said he could not say unless he spoke to the person he named. I hung up. The same number called this morning and I answered and hung up without speaking. Just now they called again and after I said Hello, asked for me by name . This time it was a female with a different foreign accent. I had gone to the hardware store and bought a loud whistle which I blew as soon as I answered the call and said Hello. I am anxious to see if the calls stop but have the whistle handy.
