Apparently we are not to call, as I was told that service charges will be added next time I call. At the time I was e-mailing the DTV President with my complaint and added harrassment. Do a search for Directv president if you care to make a complaint to the top. Also do a search for wildblue complaints and you'll get over 23,000 hits.
This number is to Mastec, they are a subcontractor for DirecTV. They install and send the techs to your house when called on. The number is their main office in South Carolina.
