Phone number is being used by a scam artist on POF.com. It was sent to me from the profile of an allegedly 24 year old woman on POF. After getting me to send a picture, the person using the phone number sent me images and then claimed to be only 17 years old. I was contacted days later by one "Eric" claimed to be the girl's father, trying to get me to pay money to him to cancel her phone in exchange for him not pressing charges. Classic minor trap scam. This "Eric" was using the number (803) 236-2283 to conduct the scam.
Same thing happened to me. It was in pof and after I sent pics he claimed to be 17 years old and then I recoeved a call from a "Eric" asking for money to make the charges go away. And to cancel the phone plan. Don't fall for this!!
