Who called from 8649009001

Received call from this number . . . the lady on the phone asked for my father, who passed away last year. When asked who was calling, she laughed and hung up the phone. I REALLY would like to know who this caller is . . . !

Caller must wait until I have time to get to the phone.

Caller may also make use of answering machine.

If caller has a legitimate business or social concern, caller should not be afraid to speak up.  

If caller is some kind of crank, please go elsewhere.  I do NOT appreciate Cranks.  Some people seem to do so.

After I answered, the caller said nothing for about 15 seconds.  I heard breathing, though.  Then the lady caller said "Goodbye" and hung up.  I'm wondering if she stayed online just long enough to do something to my phone number so that they can use it.  Otherwise, the call makes no sense.
