I've started not to answer these. My phone was in my hands when it started ringing. I said I would let it go to voicemail. They hung up after a couple rings before it went to voicemail.
they call me like 3 - 5 times a day 864-920-0194 they just hang-up on the call robo type telemarking .... so i called back a voicemail says High this Lisa I have a $100.00 Voucher for you ...

While the call reports as the 864 area code, it is in fact sourced from Canada via VOiP and may possibly be originated from India, Pakistan, or the Ukraine. I have used a gift credit card to try to trace the funds but it's masked pretty well, indicating that it may have state sanctioned protection or they pay their credit card processors for it.
