This is Charter / Spectrum's telemarketing sales to upgrade you to either their triple packages (told if you only have internet and add their tv package, they automatically without the customer's consent slam them with the telephone addition as standard practice). Calls from this number also include their newest promo for streaming tv over the internet. Sales people have ranged from easily saying "no, thanks; can't afford it" to the harder line of the sales person not wanting to take "no" for an answer. The closing was when the sales person tried to sell me on how cheap I could get my local tv stations. Claimed they could match what I was paying now or beat my price for the service I had. When asked how much I was paying to get my local stations now, I said "it's free". Their reply was "how do I do that?" and I replied "it's a great little invention called a tv antenna". Sales call terminated!!! I should have recorded their call and held them to their offer! LOL
