Who called from 8649657472

Caller ID says "Anderson SC".  Nobody on line when answered. Two "hellos" and then I heard a tone and then silence.  I hung up at that time.  Number now blocked.

called here at 1230pm.  answered with "hello, hello", and heard nothing on the other end.  Anderson sc is caller id

Called at 2:45pm, actually left a (recorded) message!  "Credit Card Services" says they've left me several notices, "last chance before we close the account," blah-blah-blah.  YES PLEASE, close my account!  And never call me back!!  LOL. Caller ID says "Anderson, SC," but the call is probably from a cellphone in New Delhi...

Received call on 20 July 2015 @ 305P. CallerID showed " Anderson SC ". I let it go to recorder. No message.

same as prior callers. Length claim of called any times and will terminate unless hit number one. When hit goes dead. Tried to call and operator says temporarily unavailable.
