Who called from 8649913475

This number calls at various times of the day from 8 am to 9 pm.  Does anyone know who it is?  I'm on the Do not call list.

The caller id says Bank Of America. I picked up the phone tonight but no one talked...

This only shows up on two searches under Google.  The person had an American accent.  I dialed the number and was given the only option of pressing 1 and I was instantly disconnected.  I also filed this number under complaints under do not call.gov

on my caller id it says greenville sc

The caller ID at my WORK says Bank of America and it is someone with an accent asking for a former coworkers boyfriend. Strange.
