I do not answer calls from numbers I don't know ,This sob keeps calling, so it is most likely a scum calling center

We continuously get calls from this number.  I called it from my cell phone and it is a "March of Dimes" number.  Has to be a SCAM.  If it is not, are they really stupid enough to think that people will donate to their cause after being bombarded all the time by these annoying -- illegal -- robo calls!!  Do not call.gov is worthless.
