Calls my office every day. No one on the line.

Same as "tiredofthis"... calls the office first thing in the morning every day.  No one is on the line then it disconnects.

calls very regularly but will not leave a message.  I am on the no call list for telemarketing too.

Calls constantly but I do not answer. Will not leave a message.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
