I scheduled a free consultation several months ago on a Saturday. I told them we were having a yard sale and they said that was okay. A male from the company came to provide a free quote for windows and siding, but he didn't listen to anything my husband said. My husband would say I want a triple pane window here, but the salesman would say,"You don't want that-to keep it affordable you need ..." He argued with everything we wanted. Then, he wouldn't give us a price because we needed to, "give him our undivided attention for one hour". We were having a slow yardsale, but that wasn't possible. We just wanted a quote for what we requested. He was rude and made smart comments periodically. He left. Well, several months later I received a phone call from a female with the company. I told her what happened and that we don't want to be contacted anymore. She abruplty ended the phone call, didn't apologize or anything, and HUNG UP ON ME! I wasn't rude to her or yelling or anything, but I told her the facts. Well, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My husband also does side jobs, so he could install windows himself, but we have other projects going on. He thinks the company probably overcharges for things since they couldn't even give us a ballpark range anyway.
