Caller ID said Police Assistan - have no idea what this is about and since no message was left apparently no urgency. This is getting so tiresome, call after call. Yesterday some number called three times in a row (10 minutes between each call), never a message left. Wish something really could be done about these scammers but since the telephone companies are dealing with more and more landlines being cancelled they cherish any business that they can get.

ID on phone shows "police assistan" (don't know whether caller meant "assistant" or "assistance")
obvious one of many phone scammers today who are trying to intimidate or harass by using a "title" such as this...I get about four or five a weeks now and just have not been reporting them.
