Rang on my cell phone and I didn't answer. No message - so I called it back with the number blocked. It gives a "busy" or "out of service" signal or tone. I called back on an off line at my office. It says it's some radio station contest offering tickets to the Bahama's and whatnot. I didn't even listen to the whole thing because it sounded like the recording was a million miles away.
