Publishers Clearing House DOES NOT call, email, FAX, mail, any advanced notice that you have won.
"If you are ever contacted by someone claiming to represent PCH, or claiming to be one of our employees, and asked to send or wire money (for any reason whatsoever, including taxes); or send a pre-paid gift card or Green Dot Moneypak card in order to claim a sweepstakes prize – DON’T! It’s a SCAM. If you are sent a check, told it’s a partial prize award, and asked to cash it and send a portion back to claim the full prize award, DON’T. The check is fake, but the SCAM is real!

PCH employees would never contact you personally or in advance to notify you of a prize award. Mr. Raymond Johnson from Publisher's Clearing House called to tell me I had won publisher's clearing house. I had won a new car, money, a trip. I told him he was calling a restricted number and I have never played publishers clearing house and he said didn't I want to know about my winnings?

Got a call from a guy named Raymond Johnson. He called me on 513-286-8515. He said he was from publishers clearing house, and that I had won $500,000 and a car. He said I had to either deposit $104 or put at least $50 in my debit card to register with it. He also kept on asking if I had seen any of the television programs where they presented money to people. He called me back on 876-545-8816
