theyve called me every day for the past forever.   saying to stay on the line or call this number.   they leave tons of messages.   if anyone is interested in pursuing them or ANY of the other creditors out there who are harassing us illegally, then please email me at [email protected]

they have called me for years, and i am not the person who they are looking for.   ive finally found this site to seek out others like me to take action!

they always ask me to call mrs brown

They keep calling my cell phone and looking for a guy named Richard.  They claim he owes them money.  I traced the call to a collection agency called Reports Inc. on Concord Street in Knoxville.

Caller (refused to identify herself) asked for my mother... I told the called that my mother has Alzheimer's Disease and that I handled her business. Caller asked if I had power of atty. I stated only a medical power of atty. They wanted me to fax that to them before they would talk to me about whatever the issue was... I told them that if they didn't identify themselves and state what they're business with my mother was that I could not comply with their request... They asked if I could verify the mailing address for my mother... I again stated that since they would not identify themselves or state what their business was, that I could not verify the address for my mother... I told them that I suspected that they were a collection agency and that my mother's income was protected from being attached and that I was sorry that they had purchased a bad debt from one of her creditors... I told them that they should be more cautious in the future about purchasing/acquiring debts from other creditors... Some of these debts just may not be collectible...

Research into the number 865-523-7183 through Google revealed that the number belonged to a collection agency titled Reports Inc.

If the calls continue, they will find out that I can indeed, be a very nasty individual...

Asked for my mother in law, told them she never lived at this number and this number never belonged to her, they needed to quit fishing and stop calling me.

I hope they don't mind me posting here since I didn't actually get a phone call. Still, what I want to add is applicable, anyway.

These guys are crooks, plain and simple. Their phone number is in Phoenix, but their address is in Knoxville, TN. I know because we got a letter from them today. I said "we" got a letter, because it came to my girlfriends apartment, with her last name, but my first and middle names, trying to collect for a medical facility that neither of us have ever been to. I don't live at her apartment, but actually in another city. I ended up here because it gave this phone number if I want to make an immediate payment. Yeah, right.

They're just a bunch of idiots fishing for suckers. If my situation doesn't prove it, nothing will.
