Who called from 8655249021

just recieved a call on my cell about 10 minutes ago from this phone#,when I called it back recording said"were sorry,you have reached a number that is disconnected"..kinda strange considering someone just called and that number showed up on my cell.is this some sort of "call spoofing' I been hearing about? and whoever it was/is never left any message on my voicemail.

Yeah I just got this too! Caller ID says Knoxville, TN. What fresh hell is this eh?

Yeah, got this a couple times (maybe 4 times) this year.  It says that the warranty on my car is about to expire.  I don't own a car. Scammers.

just got this call, it went to answering machine, only thing said was a short unrecognizable gibberish. only thing on caller I.D. was, Knoxville, TN. and the # 865-524-9021.

i got this missed call around 11 am from this number and im wondering how they got my number? pretty weird if you ask me
