I received a message from a "Terry Gunter" at this number. He was rude and said it was the 2nd time he'd left a msg. Not callin the number he gave as the number he wanted called was the 675-4894 one. The number he called from was 671-2474 and is a collection agency by the name of Accounts Receivable Inc.
I rec'd a call from a Terry Garr (it was very hard to understand as the red neck accent was VERY thick) the caller ID said 865-671-2474 & 865-675-4894 the message simplly said my name and to call him back nothing else. (he called my work) I then googled it and found this from all of you. I am in no way calling back ANYONE that is rude to me I don't need it. He needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau perhaps and have his licsense revoked if he even has one?

Well the poor guy has just left his, "THIRD MESSAGE" for me. He is a jerk as is most Accounts Managers at most collection agencies. If you try to talk back they just get louder or hang up. First of all if you will tell me what to do, I will report this guy to the BBB, if it would cause him as much grief as one of his phone calls causes us. I wished I had an email address; I would love to see his response after having this and the many other comments on other blogs about him. Hey, everyone has a job to do, but we are all, presumably, Americans and therefore should be treated as such. I don't have to be yelled at by some "hicker than I am" redneck and be told how lousy my credit is and that I have no job and no money to pay him or any other creditor, for that matter. What we need in this country is a NEW AND FAIR START. Not the same old, same old, crap that we've heard for my whole 38yrs. of life. Sorry, I don't mean to go off, but I frankly, am very sick of this.
Wow im glad that I found this..I just received a call from terry as well and all he said was his name and mine and a number to call back...I dont feel comfortable responding like others have said because he didnt state what company he was from and not professional at all
He called me from 865 675-2101, he must be using various numbers.
This guy has harrassed me to no end! First it was over a $230 dental bill my wife had. He hounded me for months over that while my house was going into forclosure. My wife and I now live in my dead Dads house but he has found me again! My wife finally paid the dental bill but now he is harrassing me over the forclosure. I have nothing left to loose making my last stand at the house I am living now and I told him so.
I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure and this might well kill me anyways. Who want's to live much longer if this is the best we can do in America?
