getting strange calls from this number they call asking for ryan i said he isnt here and they hung up. looked them up and only found out they may be a van line from tennesse but im not sure. if i did it right

This number continually calls us all hours of the night. When you answer they hang up on you. 4 calls so far tonight and it is only 9:37! Why can't something be done about these people??!!!!
I just got a call from that number but didn't answer it. I looked it up and all i could get out of the look up was that it was a land line in East Tennessee, does anyone know yet who this is?
