This is a local number (for me) that was used by the chit company that calls people with a woman named "Emily" to con you into taking an Orlando, Fla. package with a cruise on a ship and it's all free! I don't know how these [***] can use local numbers to call people, but I have been called by these particular people on several occasions using different local numbers!  Doesn't do any good to block any of the numbers, they just call you on another! All you can do is answer, then hang up!
