I received a very early morning call from this number and missed it. A woman left a message stating I had been used as a reference by a friend and to have them call her.  No name was given of hers or the companies or what this was in regards to. I called my friend and she told me it was a collection agency that calls her at her job too. I have never heard of a collection agency that is allowed to call your work and friends. This sounds like shady business practice and borderline harassment.
