Who called from 8702182243

I got a call from this number about 20 mins ago, no vm left. I tried calling it back and said that the number had been disconnected. WTH?

I just got a call from this number and answered it but heard nothing except a faint click.

Called, did not leave a message.  When I called it back, automated voice says " This number has been disconnected"  Strange.  It just called me seconds before.

Just called me.  I gave em the shady button.  No voicemail left so it couldn't have been important.

Are all of the calls bring made to other people in Arkansas?
