This website/blog is only a place to come to vent.  I doubt the creator does anything about these complaints other than to provide a forum to know what to expect from some of these annoying phone calls.  If you want it stopped, I would say, first of all, good luck and, secondly, you'll have to invest in a way to block the calls.  The government is useless and the DNC list is a joke.  These are thieves and scammers.  They're not going to pay attention to a DNC list nor the government.
