They knew my name and said something about viruses on my computer. Very hard to understand.

IGNORE the call.  It is a thief that wants access to your computer and put ransomware  on it and then charge you to supposedly fix it.

I agree this [***] infected my computer and tried to hold it for ransom! Lucky for me i had taken it a trusted computer store where they spotted this [***] and his fake popup and exposed it for what it was. An EVIL SCAM! Beware of him and his ilk!

they called said our computer was infected..  he was told your nothing but a crook and their is nothing wrong with my computer and some words that I cant put on his site..
