Who called from 8703454990

Pre-recorded message "We have been trying to reach you. This is your final notice from the IRS. Blah blah. Scam blah."

This is the IRS

NO it is NOT!!!   It is a THIEF.  The IRS mails letters first of there is a problem.  IGNORE these calls.

Already blocked the number. Called back 1 hour and 30 minutes later to the dot and left a voicemail, same recording. Asking me to call this number back to find out more details about this "case". No name in the voicemail, no way identifying me specifically in the voicemail.
