I got a call today from 870-543-2109. I also got the same run around. She asked to speak to me and I said this is she and tried to confirm my birthday and when she did I asked who is this and got I'm Ms. Daniels and this is a personal business matter is your birthday????. I said Ms. Daniels if you cant tell me who you are with I am not giving any personal information and don't call my phone again! She said ok and hung up. When I called the number back I got her vm still no company name! THe reverse lookup said an ATT landline from Pine Bluff, AR!

The call is from a collection agency.

Why would a collection company not say that is who they are?

This same number has called me before but I never answered it. So just a few minutes ago, it called me yet again. So I called back, and some lady answered. I couldn't understand her name but she said, "this is ????, How may I help you?" I hung up. Tempted to call it back and see what she says.

Yep, just called them back. It's a debt collector, they are based out of White Hall, Arkansas.
