Just received a call from this number and they said my husband owed a $400 pay day loan from 2013. Said they would be garnishing his check. I told her my lawyer would be contacting her and she says "is your lawyer going to pay this bill?" I said no but he's sure going to be checking it out. She had my email address and knew what bank I banked at. 1- 26- 2017. 3:30pm CST.

Lady claimed they were going to start garnishing my husband's check for an unpaid $400 pay day loan from back in 2013. Scary part is she knew my email address and what bank we bank at.
