Calls and doesn't say a word. Has called several times on my husbands cell.

I just got a call early this morning at 2:13 AM and I do not know this person.I won't hesitate to call the police if he calls again.Please let me know if anyone get's calls from this guy!!

I got a call at 2:55 a.m. I didn't answer. I checked the area code... It is an Arkansas number. I'll call the police if they call again. This is creepy.
