"Are your carpets dirty?" This scumbag has been calling for over 3 years with same recorded message; as previous poster noted their number keeps changing (VOIP I'm sure) - call back number is 469-277-7276. I keep reporting numbers, nothing keeps happening...our government in (in)action.
