This is spam recording constantly calling yelling "ARE YOUR CARPETS DIRTY?!"  Wanting to sell you carpet cleaning. I wish verizon would expand call blocking to more than just ten numbers. Do not call Registry does not work because no one enforces it and the spammers know it. With the the ability to spoof numbers as well, we all get more junk calls than ever! Don't answer this call unless you want some company out of Arkansas to clean your carpets.
