So called "customer" called in and spoke to a female technical assistance representative. Customer made multiple sexist and malicious comments about her "having a small brain" and "a girl so she just wouldn't understand anything". Customer was so vulgar and terrible that the technician discontinued the call. "Customer" called back, I answered, he started screaming that he was "Looking to get that b**** fired" and wanted to speak to the manager. He spoke with our manager (also female) began screaming at her and insulting her then hung up. Called back a few minutes later, another female rep happened to answer the phone he stated "I don't want to speak with a stupid b****" and hung up.
