I have had ENOUGH of this bull**** from these scammers!! When I finally answered and very loudly told the guy what he could do and where, he proceeded to harass me by autodialing my phone number repeatedly for about an hour. I use my phone for my business, and this has GOT to stop!
Held them on for 20 minutes. Confused the crap out of "Credit Card Services." Like all scams, could help me lower my credit card rates.
Using an online CC # generator, I gave her "my" Visa number, fake address (to a Walgreens). She put me on hold, came back, and said that she couldn't pull it up. Asked me to reverify 16 digit CC number, so I changed the number on her. She told me that it wasn't the same number, I swore that it was and read it to her fast again since it was on my screen. She was baffled and looked it up again. Still couldn't verify.
When I pushed for "my" Discover card, she wasn't having any of it and hung up on me.
If they want to waste my time, I'm fine with it. Better me than an innocent person who doesn't know what is going on and gets scammed.
got robocall on my cell phone from 870-683-2159 caller ID said "NO NAME" on Wednesday 03-12-14 @ 918 AM.
My Cell rang about 3 or 4 times but couldn't get to it before it stopped.
Do not know anyone from Arkansas.
Suspect it to be notorious SCAMMER - Credit Card Services.
This # called my cell a few min. ago & left no message. I never pick up these type of #'s. I am on Do Not Call list & it doesn't matter. Very annoying, as usual.
They offered to lower my interest credit card rates. I gave them some information until I realized it didn't sound a legitimate call. I told the girl whose name was Chelsea, and she transferred me to a Supervisor named Louis Pearson. I finally put them on hold and I called my bank, and they confirmed it was a fraudulent call. I canceled my cc immediately. I tried to go back to the call, but it got disconnected. She immediately called me back, but this time a different phone number showed in my caller id: 1(302)000-6754 which is in DE. They even gave me a website which I verified http://accountservices-usa.com/ and the first thing you see in the website is an alert saying: ALERT ! Account Services Collections, Inc. does not make calls offering to lower credit card interest rates.
Every time i see a number I don't know I block that number. As fast as I block them they come back with a new one. When I am in the mood I put them on for a while, lately I haven't been in the mood to mess with the credit reduction calls or the life alert calls. Believe me I have fun with the life alert guys, I keep them going until they ask for a credit card. I tell them i do not own any plastic cash only.
