robocall.  Starts out by saying "...this is not a sales call" (lie number 1).  "...we have been monitoring your credit card payments for the last 6 months..." (lie number 2 - there have been NO credit card payments - because I have NO credit cards) then goes on to tell me that "...you qualify for  blah, blah, blah."  This is a variation of the tired old "reduce your interest  rate" scam.  SCAM CALL   Not worthy of any further discussion.
