Caller ID says Wireless Caller. Only three rings so answering machine didn't pick up. I have noticed that many calls are only 3 rings now. Must not want to waste time with an answering machine. Looking for a live person only. Anyway, I will block the number if this happens again.

It's registered under a Cynthia Hightower(Andre Lattimore) for Make Believe Entertainment. It's a party theme company for children's parties. Not sure why they're calling random numbers.
