Myself and people are getting out of hand here they say its perfectly legal for someone here in this town of Arkansas to harass someone and that's why texarkana had such a problem and they have harassing phone calls. And its getting out of hand basically in the town o Texarkana Arkansas its legal to racially call someone and use profane language so be very aware of this town.
