this number called and didnt sAY ANYTHING

Calls all the time and says literally nothing.

this person calls all the time and never leaves message or say anything.

have had several calls from this number. caller ID shows "name not available" and no message left on voicemail, though there is a "dead air" message. (message space used but nothing said).
