He's supposed to MAIL you proof the debt exists and that he has a right to collect that debt.
He probably won't show up at your house because the scheme is to get you to pay them some money over the telephone. The threat to come to your house and deliver papers demanding a court appearance (tomorrow !!) is a ploy to scare people who don't know the courts don't operate that way.
As they are already lying about you having taken out a loan, consider every statement they make to be a lie. Don't argue with them, just hang up the phone. Also check your local civil court and your credit reports in case someone has committed identity theft using your name.
They keep calling to verify information and threating me, left a voicemail, claiming they have my personal information, stating they have a claim number. Very rude and persistent. Will not tell me what the claim is about or who she is with. 2016-11273 is the claim number. Left her name to be Desiree Lopez
