These "Card Services" people don't give up. I got a call from this fake number after blocking four of their previous numbers (one of which is actually a sex line.) I simply tell them the opposite of what they want to hear and they hang up.
Involves your credit card. Nothing is wrong but imperative that we speak with you......or something to that effect. May have been a recording. I didn't list to the whole message. I hung up. This call seems to come in frequently. I expect it's a telemarketer, selling something.

My number is on no-call list, both state and nationally. Help take out this violator.
I have received several of the same calls. I pressed 9 to ask which credit card it was in reference to. The woman said it was to get the interest rate lowered on any of my existing accounts. I asked why they are allowed to bypass the Do Not Call registries since they are clearly soliciting something. She hung up.
I stayed on to speak to the representative and asked them to take me off their call list and they hung up. The number does not let you call them back to offer comparable harrassment.
