A political season scam by a company known as Victory Processing & Hard Data. They claim to be collecting info to test the pulse of the American public. Another telematketing scam. So far numbers they have used are 708-221-9129 (Riverside, IL), 847-725-0399 (Elk Grove Village, IL), 872-201-3908 (Chicago, IL), 309-213-2711 (Peoria, IL). Block them all.
The call is from Victory Processing. They are in the business of surveying opinions.

The individual behind the robocalling operation is named Dave Dishaw, president of Victory Phones (same address as above). Their phone number is 616-301-3100.
Feel free to give them a call and share how you feel about being robocalled repeatedly. They will surely appreciate learning your opinion - after all that is what they are in business for.
