Walmart scam continues.  Woke me up about 0515 in am.  How can we report this to authorities?

Got a text message at 1:00 a.m. from this number.  This is very rude.  Please make it stop.

Stop using up my minutes unless you want to pay my phone bill.  I did not fall off the turnip truck yesterday I know nothing is free

I received a text message on my cell phone on Friday, May 4 2012 stating that I've just won a free $1,000 Walmart gift card. Enter "FREE" at http://www.walmart.com.myfreecard.biz/claim. Walmart has a $1,000 sweepstake for taking a survey, which I have entered once in a while. However, I've never used my cell phone number for the survey. This obviously is a scam.
