Energy scammers. Robocall. push 1 you are connected to an Indian call center that attempts to get info to slam your bill. They id themselves as a "state licensed supplier for ComEd". If you ask them what the name of that "state licensed supplier" is they hang up. These are criminals. Do not give any info.

Got  one of them to say the company is Constellation Energy. May or may not be true.

Got a call from this number with static. When I called back, it claimed it was ComEd.
