Wanted to purchase a kitten from me on kijiji.texted me that we could do PayPal.  No face to face meeting.  No cash.  An agent would then pick up the kitten as this unnamed person worked as a petroleum engineer.  They said they wanted to know my final price and conditions on the kitten.

Please be careful.  This sounds like the FAKE PayPal invoice scam where you are told to wire money to  "shipper" - the scammer.
