Got a text in response to a craigslist posting using the following wording:

"I'm okay with the condition and I'm paying via check.  Please consider bear with me because of my tight schedule at work. I won't arrange pickup until the check clears. I'll mail the check via USPS. Get back to me with your full name and mailing address for the check to be mail out to you ASAP."

Other websites have reported identical texts being sent in response to craigstlist and eBay ads.  BEWARE!
