He is a scammer posing as an attorney claiming he will arrest you for some payday loan. Claims he will file charges against you for theft and fraud, but never does....Just a scammer!!!!

I just received an email from Steven Brown, Attorney threatening me with a warrant for arrest and law suit. These scammers have to stop threatening innocent citizens and go back to their own country. This letter is mot binding and illegal. He should be prosecuted for their illegal tactics.
I got an email from this guy too. So I checked out his phone number found it was a scam also he is posing as a Attorney General. If you check it's a lie because the attorney general of CA is a woman. He is a scammer.
I also received an e-mail from Steven Brown with a so called warrant and summons. Last I heard, law isn't practiced through e-mail ! :) Its a scam. He says he's the attorney general but you are right, the attorney general is a woman. I just moved the e-mail to my junk folder and blocked it.
